Tres salsas has been a few years in the making, driven by a passion that I fell hard for when I was 14, hospitality.
My love for Mexican food, the people, and their culture, is a culmination of my experiences; from time I spent in London opening and managing a Mexican cantina tequila bar, and time I spent travelling to and immersing myself in, the most vibrant society i’d ever been amongst.
Mexico was abundant, the people;beautiful, their land; magical, and the food, with both indigenous and Spanish influence was so incredibly bold and rich in flavour!
Upon returning, I felt compelled to share my love of Mexican culture with my hometown, including and respecting the integrity of Mexican food and service, while at the same time enriching it by contributing something new..
